Alcohol, first of all should be completely cut out of your meals as the calories that it has are enormous. Most of all when you are full, there is no point in continuing to eat. Moreover, remember that the brain takes a bit to receive the message of satiety.

According to many nutritionist, a good diet would not work with the absence of physical activity: the America College of Sports Medicine recommends almost 35-40 minutes of sport for 3-5 days per week. It could seem silly but, for a person who is not an “habitué” of practicing sports, even going up and down the stairs of the house could be a good start. Taking up a sport that you could like is the following step.
