The choice between a particular diet or another depends on many factors: the amount of weight you want to lose, the kind of food that you can eat, the state of your organism, the food that your body tolerates and rejects, etc.

This diet is not very strict, but as any, the most important thing is to respect the amounts of food given you by your nutritionist. Once that you have decided what you can eat and what should be away from your diet, the only effort that you have to make is follow it regularly without exceeding.
